Shipping policy
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most items ship fast, but please allow up to 14 business days for production, especially during peak seasons or sale events. We’ll keep you updated throughout the fulfillment process.
If you need your order by a specific date for a gift or event, please contact us before ordering to confirm product availability and shipping options.
We ship via USPS and UPS (and FedEx for international deliveries). Once your item ships, transit time will typically range from 1–7 business days in the U.S., depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed once your package ships. While we’re happy to help with shipping issues, we are not responsible for delivery problems once your package is in the carrier’s hands. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your order, please contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
To help keep prices low (and offer free shipping where available), we may fulfill orders from global distribution centers depending on item availability and destination.
International Orders: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery on international shipments, as customs and carrier delays may vary by region.
